Chris D’Angelo - Vice President

Chris has been the existing V.P. for MCM since it first opened in 1997. His role is vital for acting out the company’s major manufacturing operations. Chris, compelled by consumer satisfaction, works around the clock trying to expedite their demands. As a result, MCM has converted itself into a flexible manufacturing company able to bend toward customer requests outside its principal functions. In Chris’s eyes, the customer comes first...always.

His willingness to take on diverse challenges, such as a new product or ideas beyond the company’s scope, greatly attributes to MCM’s expansion both domestically and overseas. This makes for the company’s interesting and active culture.

In effort to better all business aspects, Chris exercises the importance in keeping up to date with the manufacturing industry by learning new trends. Also, as a promoter for innovation, Chris takes part in numerous trade shows throughout the U.S. each year.

Chris enjoys fishing, world travel, football, baseball, jet skiing, music, latest technology gadgets.
Ray Bert - Vice President of Product Development
“The ability to innovate is only as good as how one can accept changes and take risks.”

Ray’s acquired knowledge and expertise make him a highly valuable asset for the company’s product development and design departments. He shares a broad range of skills in the following areas, but not limited too, design, decorating & tooling, and research. Initially, Ray had been working at Quality Spray (sister company) as V.P. of Design & Tooling starting in 2000, until February of 2007 when he moved from Quality to take over product development at MCM.

Prior to the above, Ray had been employed by Speidel Textron for 33 years. During his period working for Speidel Textron, he gradually advanced into higher level positions leaving with the title of Senior Project Engineer.

Ray has a B.S. in Engineering: University of R.I and enjoys spending time with family, vacations & sports.
Marissa Everly - Graphic Designer
“Art is everywhere, except it has to pass through a creative mind.”

Marissa is responsible for creating and designing the majority of MCM products, thus delivering results rapidly and with unique appeal. She has been the cornerstone for the design department ever since her arrival at MCM in 2005. Her designs have generated much success and recognition for MCM. As a result, for two consecutive years Marissa was asked to design a custom military tag ( click to view ) for Jerry Bruckheimer’s (Producer of Pirates of Caribbean) annual hockey league event held in Las Vegas.

Marissa launched her career in 1999 working for Paramount Cards, as Graphic Designer, up till the company depleted its business in 2004.

Marissa has a B.F.A. in Illustration: Montserrat College of Art and enjoys traveling, Red Sox, Patriots, Samoyeds, golf, Martha’s Vineyard, quality time with family.
Marilyn Fernandes - Project Manager
“Many ideas grow better when transplanted into another mind than in the one where they sprung up.”

Marilyn has been project manager for MCM since October of 2006. Marilyn is primarily responsible for overseeing the specific phases during the product development cycle. Whether it comes to sourcing a product for design and quality requirements or figuring ways to keep costs within limits, Marilyn continually strives to make a product better for manufacturing.

Prior to MCM, she worked for Texas Instruments, as Engineer, from 1999 – 2005.

Marilyn has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering: U Mass Amherst and enjoys going to the beach, traveling to Greece, sports, quality time with friends and family (especially her new born son Max).
Danny Rodriguez - Production Manager
“The achievements of an organization are the results of the combined effort of each individual.”

Danny handles all major operations associated with production. He acts as the controller by which he is obligated for coordinating the work flow between MCM and its vendors. His hard dedication and teamwork greatly contribute to the company’s efficient performance level. Danny has been the Production Supervisor since 2004 when MCM opened their first official building.

Danny worked at A&H Duffy previous to MCM, from 1994 until 2003, as Polishing Machine Supervisor.

Enjoys hanging out with friends, motorcycles, fast cars, and driving extremely long distances.
Maria Riccio Kenny - Office Manager
“Efficiency is doing better what is already being done.”

Maria’s role at MCM is crucial in making the daily business operations run smoothly. MCM becomes quite chaotic in lieu of her absence. For thirteen years Maria has been working for the D’Angelo family where she first started at A&H Duffy in 1994 and then moved to MCM by 2004. Whether she is dealing with bookkeeping to issuing purchase orders or composing new design ideas for house keys, Maria’s ability to multi-task has made her experienced among numerous aspects of the business.

Enjoys her children, Hello Kitty, reading, music, and laughing.
Paul Chui – International Buyer

Over the past fifteen years, Paul has developed extensive international business experience in the areas of Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Procurement, Supply Chain Management and Logistics. His primary focus has been throughout the Far East however, he has traveled to the Americas and Europe. He has successfully established two Regional Headquarters for USA companies in Hong Kong. Paul has developed an extensive network of business contacts and relationships in the region.

Paul has received a Master Degree in Business Administration from Hong Kong Baptist University and a Professional Certificate in Chinese Civil and Business Law from Tsinghua University. To date, Paul has been recognized and appointed as a member of the "Public Forum" which is a consultative platform by the Hong Kong Government.
Bob Grenon – Shipping/Receiving Operations Manager

Bob first started working for A&H Duffy back in 2005; at this time he was fairly new to the manufacturing industry. However, he adapted rather quickly in the shipping/receiving department at Duffy, after spending 20 years in retail as a Route Sales Manager.

By September of 2007, Bob left Duffy in order to implement his work techniques as the new Shipper/Receiver Operations Manager for MCM. He is accountable for ensuring the receiving of shipments in a timely manner, as well as making sure deadlines are met for all outgoing consignments.

Bob has a B.S. in Business Management: Bryant University and in his spare time he enjoys camping, fishing, spending time with his family, card games, and working around his house.
